Cancellation Policy
Booking & Consultation Policy By booking services with Graysound LLC, the client agrees to the following terms: Deposits & Scheduling A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all consultation, design, installation, production, and support dates. Services are not confirmed until payment is received. Deposits reserve scheduling, preparation time, project planning, and availability and are therefore non-refundable. Appointments or services booked within 24 hours of the scheduled start time are considered last-minute bookings and are non-refundable due to reserved scheduling and preparation commitments. Rescheduling Clients may reschedule services with at least 48 hours notice. Rescheduled bookings may be transferred to a future available date within 30 days of the original appointment. Requests made within 48 hours of the scheduled service may require a new deposit. Cancellations All deposits and payments made to Graysound LLC are non-refundable once services are booked. This includes cancellations related to scheduling conflicts, staffing changes, venue issues, budget adjustments, or unused consultation time. Late Arrivals & No-Shows Late arrivals may result in shortened consultation or service time to avoid impacting other scheduled projects. Missed appointments or no-shows are considered forfeited and are non-refundable. Project Scope & Additional Work Quotes and consultation rates are based on the agreed project scope at the time of booking. Additional revisions, service requests, equipment changes, expanded production requirements, or additional site visits may result in additional charges. Client Responsibilities Clients are responsible for providing accurate project information, ensuring venue or site access, maintaining reliable communication, having necessary decision-makers available, and ensuring existing systems or third-party equipment are operational unless otherwise disclosed. Service Limitation Graysound LLC provides professional recommendations and technical services based on industry standards and information provided by the client. Final performance may vary depending on venue acoustics, equipment quality, internet reliability, power conditions, volunteer operation, and third-party systems outside our control. Agreement By submitting payment, signing a proposal, or booking services, the client acknowledges and agrees to this policy in full.
